“What Is This?”

You are invited to beautiful Vancouver BC to participate in the Danish Brotherhood and Sisterhood Pacific Northwest District Convention during April 21st – 23rd, 2006. Sisterhood Lodge #179 and Brotherhood Lodge #328 are hosting this great event. This is the one time of year that Danes across the region gather to discuss and take action on business issues of our Lodges, on a regional level, as well as to socialize. Please use the Registration Form to register.

Our hotel this year will be the SANDMAN HOTEL (180 West Georgia) in downtown Vancouver. You need to make your reservations directly with the hotel (1-800-726-3626). When making the reservation, ask for the block name “DANISH SISTERHOOD OF AMERICA.” The hotel room rate is $99 CDN + taxes (single or double). The Sandman is close to the GM Place, BC Place, Vancouver Playhouse, Moxie’s Classic Grill, Shark Club Bar and Grill, Mbar Lounge, and downtown shopping area. The deadline for hotel reservations is March 20th (Monday). So, please don’t delay.

For those who like to GOLF, we will host a Golf Tournament, at Green Acres (5040 No. 6 Road, Richmond) on Friday morning, 8 am. This golf event is organized by Brotherhood Lodge #328 and costs $40 USD. You must register for golfing as soon as possible.
