DANISH KITCHEN

February 11th, 2007; Sunday, 1:30 to 3 pm

This event is the Northwest Danish Foundation's 2^nd Danish Kitchen. This time we will learn how to make Æbleskiver and Glögg. Two of our favorite Danish chefs will demonstrate each item, and you will have the opportunity to practice your new knowledge. We will have æbleskiver pans available for purchase.

Cost: $10 per person (which includes supplies and samples).
